Olympic Dreams: Live Better & Do More – Without Dairy

A Talk by Dotsie Bausch Founder, Switch4Good Visit site

This inspirational session with US Olympic cyclist and silver medalist, Dotsie Bausch, explores the impact of dairy on performance, and why it's the best thing you can do without to optimise your health and wellbeing.

Within the first 10 days of going plant-based, Dotsie noticed that she woke up feeling lighter and more energized, ready to get on the bike within an hour of getting up! She later went on to win a silver medal in women’s track cycling at the age of 40 – a record for the competition.
